Sweetwater Landing Begins Pre Selling

Beginning in April, the folks over at Sweetwater Landing, in Powder Springs, will begin pre sales on their new homes, priced in the low $200,000’s. They have models open now, so if you’d like to go take a look or if you would like to get on their Private PreSale Event list, please give me a call.
Many of the single family homes in Sweetwater Landing are approached by quaint alley streets, creating a small town atmosphere. The community will also offer a neighborhood pool, a tennis court and cabana. For more recreational activities, residents can simply cross the street to visit Powder Springs Park, which contains 17.5 acres of ball fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, paved trails and an outdoor swimming pool.
