I-285 West to I-20 West (exit 10B). Take Thornton Road (Exit 44)and turn right. Thornton Road will become C.H. James Parkway (Hwy 278). Turn right on Oglesby Road. Turn left on Lewis Road. Springbrook Estates will be on your left and right.

Beginning in April, the folks over at Sweetwater Landing, in Powder Springs, will begin pre sales on their new homes, priced in the low $200,000’s. They have models open now, so if you’d like to go take a look or if you would like to get on their Private PreSale Event list, please give me a call.

Many of the single family homes in Sweetwater Landing are approached by quaint alley streets, creating a small town atmosphere. The community will also offer a neighborhood pool, a tennis court and cabana.
