The have been many rumors surrounding the re-development of the Belmont Hills shopping center. I blogged about it back in November of 2006, but now the plan that the developer has submitted has changed a bit. Here’s the new info:

1. Demolishing and rebuilding the shopping center will be completed in 2012
2. 344 Stacked condos will be included
3. 274 Apartments
4. 286 Townhomes
5. 8 Single family homes
6. 121,000 Square feet of retail
