Desperate times call for desperate measures. One thing’s for sure - they were definitely thinking outside the box on this one
This is unusual advice but like others say, “desperate times call for desperate measures.”
Foreclosure is never a good thing, although as others have mentioned by thinking outside the box and also being prepared and having a plan of action, you can make the issue as minimal as possible!
LOL! That’s one thing you definitely cannot do when facing a foreclosure. One thing that you can do is get in touch with your lender and speak it out with him. Assess your situation and see what the best way to stop the foreclosure is. Lenders can make changes to the terms to save your home or property.
