Vinings Overlook: A community containing 93 elegant townhomes off Mount Wilkinson Parkway. The floor plans are made up of two and three bedroom plans with four sided brick exteriors, two car garages, elegant entries and gourmet kitchens.
James Creek: Located across from the Vinings Home Depot on Cumberland Parkway, James Creek is what townhome luxury is all about. There are only 28 townhomes in James Creek, which range in the 2,500 square feet category and have many upscale options available.
Stonehall Townhomes: Stonehall Townhomes is on Log Cabin in Vinings and offer 44 townhomes, some with downtown views. The exterior will be stone and brick for an old world feel. This project is under construction now and the homes should start in the $500’s.
