Hey Rob,
Thanks for commenting here and especially for reading my blog. Information isn’t terribly readily available right now. The development team, Kairos Development Corporation, has a section on their site about Avignon at Vinings, but just a coming soon message displayed. The listing brokerage, Jenny Pruitt, just has the basic information that you’ve already seen with an area to sign up as a VIP buyer. If you do sign up at the VIP buyer’s list, and you’re interested in being represented by a buyer’s agent, please list me at the end of the form. I would really love to work for anyone interested in buying in Avignon at Vinings.
I will do my best to get you some more information between Christmas and New Years and post it to the blog here.
Thanks Knox. I live in the area but am curious about the homes in the development, including the phase plans, lot size, home plans, etc…
