Park Vinings Will Be Tallest Condo Building In Cobb County

Set to begin construction in the third quarter of 2007, Park Vinings will be a 35 story, 110 unit condo building, and it will be the tallest condo in Cobb County. Units in this $200 million project at the intersection of Cumberland Boulevard and Cobb Parkway will start at $1 million with penthouse units rising towards $12 million.

WOW! Do the demographics in Cobb county support such a pricey project? I find it hard to believe that someone would drop $12million for a condo/penthouse in Cobb, let alone in Atlanta. There are way to many very attractive alternatives for this price point.

Park Vinings is on hold and no longer being marketed because there isn’t a large enough market for it yet. It may be re-introduced in the future.

The signs have been taken down and all marketing has been cancelled. The construction of Park Vinings has been put on hold.
