Austin Farm is a new subdivision of twenty nine beautiful Craftsman style homes located in the North West part of Cobb County. The majority of homes are 3 and 4 bedroom ranches with 2 car garages. The homes have gourmet kitchens with solid surface countertops, work islands, hardwood floors, and bonus rooms over the garages. There are a mixture of homes with basements while some are on slabs. This will be a home owners association community with dues set at $200 per year.
This new subdivision is located minutes from I-75, Highway 41, Lake Altoona, and Town Center Mall.
